Gymnastics Bodies for Adults…Tone, Flex, Strengthen
Class times are:
Monday 9am – 12pm
Tuesday 9am – 12pm
Friday 9am – 2pm
Adults learn how to take the core of gymnastics training and incorporate these skills into every part of your workout. You work the entire body. You get flexibility back – keeps you moving as you age. You get strength back – once your core is tight, you would be amazed how you feel and what you can accomplish. You will feel more awake, more aware of your amazing body and what it can do! You appreciate more because you feel great! Don’t wait to do more for you.
