CLASSES

TUMBLE TOTS
Classes for 18 months through 4 years old Boys and Girls

A forty-five-minute gym exploratory class for children 18 months – 4 years old and their parents. Motor development, manipulative, balance, and coordination activities lead children to develop a physical capacity for gymnastics skills, as well as skills they will need for other sports. Tumble Tots promotes parent/child interaction and physical development in a fun, stimulating environment.

TUMBLE BUGS
Classes for 4 through 5-year-old Preschool & Pre-K Boys and Girls

A forty-five-minute educational gymnastics class with strength and coordination activities in a happy and positive atmosphere. Instruction is given in tumbling, bars, balance beam, vault, and trampoline. Students must be potty-trained to be eligible for this class.

PRE-RECREATIONAL
A 60-minute class for 5 to 7 year old boys and girls. Children receive instruction on bars, floor skills, balance beam, vault, and trampoline.

RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS I
Classes for 7- 10 year old girls

Beginner Level. Classes include instruction in tumbling, bars, balance beam, vault, and trampoline. Special attention is given to the development of strength and flexibility.

RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS II
Classes for 8 – 12 year old girls

8 – 12 year old girls who demonstrate proficiency in strength, flexibility, and technique. One hour and fifteen-minute class. Evaluation prerequisite.

PRE-TEAM
Classes for students who display an exceptional understanding and execution of the skills required on each event in women’s gymnastics. By invitation only.

We work on gaining flexibility, strength, and skills with a little more push.

T-N-T I
Beginner to Intermediate Tumbling and Trampoline

Boys and girls ages 7+

Instruction in basic tumbling and trampoline skills with an emphasis on building strength, flexibility and coordination.

T-N-T II
Intermediate to Advanced Tumbling and Trampoline

Boys and girls ages 9+

Evaluation prerequisite.  Instruction in advanced tumbling and trampoline skills with an emphasis on back-handsprings, saltos and aerials.
